Choose this if the company may need the full Production Ready framework: a structured way to make your GTM as production-ready as your product. Usually right if the founder is still pulled into too many sales calls, the demo is accurate but not persuasive, or the market needs too much translation.
Advisory Work
Choose this if you need ongoing senior guidance, a sharper outside view, or help thinking through technical GTM, messaging, demos, partner strategy, executive narrative, or field readiness. Best when you need judgment and decision support, not a full buildout.
